Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am Pastor Isaac Zirebwa, Senior Pastor of Greater Glory Ministries, Harare, Zimbabwe. I am greatly honoured to write to you on our first ever Live Communion Service with our man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD. I take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation to him for affording us such a privilege to partake of the special grace upon his life.
We held our Communion Service at the Church premises and we were 68 adults and 5 children. This being our very first communion service with Pastor, every one of us was so excited to be part of such a history-making event. It will forever remain one of the moments that helped shape the direction of our ministry. The expectancy was so high and spiritually, all present were ready to receive that word that we would run with in the month of September; indeed, September 2013 will forever remain as beginning of great things in our ministry! As our man of God declared it to be the month of fellowship, we are certain this shall be a message that shall serve as a foundational principle in our ministry.
The question and answer segment was so enriching. The short excerpts from the 2013 Higher Life Conference, London, as well as the Healing School Canada Session took us to higher realms of glory. As Pastor shared the Word of God, when he talked about fellowship and went on to say in this month we shall emphasize and increase our fellowship with one another through the church, I was greatly challenged to do more on this important aspect. Everyone is important in the body of Christ and it is not proper to deprive the body of what each part supplies to the body. This Word came so strong in my spirit, such that I am going to ensure I am and function where I am supposed to be, and bring to this message to the attention of the brethren as well. The rest of this month, we shall have moments of fellowshipping together as brethren, as well times to fellowship with the Father through the Spirit.
We are already eagerly waiting to participate in the October Communion Service. We hope to secure a bigger venue closer to where we have our church services, in order to have more of our brethren attend the meetings.
Finally, I want to once again express my deepest appreciation to our Chairman, Pastor Andrew Mutondoro, for his love for us and great commitment to the work; Pastor Dupe Isesele, for teaching us the way to go about the work of the ministry during our ISM Session in Randburg, South Africa; Pastor Deola Phillips, for her great leadership; and the ISMAA staff for the love, support and commitment to advancing the gospel. Pastor Chris, my Father, Mentor, Pastor, Teacher and Life coach; for answering the call and opening your heart to receive some of us and help us become better ministers of the gospel, thank you sir. We are grateful!
In His service,
Pastor Isaac Zirebwa
